Questions, answered
Does ZuuPay hold or move my money?
No. Customers pay directly to your own UPI ID, and the money lands in your own bank account. ZuuPay only reads the payment alert on your phone to announce and record it.
What does the app read on my phone?
Only payment alerts from UPI and bank apps, such as "You received ₹500". Chats, OTPs and personal messages are never read or sent. You can switch access off at any time in your phone settings.
Do I need a website?
No. Most shops use ZuuPay only as a sound box and QR tool. The website features are there when you need them.
Which apps are supported?
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, BharatPe and payment alerts from major banks. Payments from any UPI app reach you through these.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion here.
